They were spraying in April around Moberly, wasted their (our)money because u cant see em till now amyway. I saw them broadcast spraying with side by sides yesterday on the way to columbia. Right now they could drive down the road with the tandems, wayer tank in the back and a guy with a garden hose spraying the plants.
