I think I probably replied to your earlier post, but vibration is where I would look. If the dryer is solidly clamped to something consider putting some rubber between or suspend it somehow.
I doubt it’s a problem anymore, but 30 years ago when 134a was new, there were dryers that were not compatible with it. XH-9 is one that rings a bell as being good.
