I did read your post, and I do not have any voltage at either sending unit. I believe that's my problem.
I assume the voltage comes from the dash?
In the bulkhead harness behind the display the pin in socket #12 is the fuel gauge wire. Is that voltage susposed to read 5V? If so, I'm not getting any voltage reading.
