Get that side off the ground. Blocks and tilt the bucket is a common method but anyway that gets it 6" off the ground is fine. Drain ALL the grease out of the tensioner, every inch counts.

I get about 8-10 pipes 10" long and stick them in between the lugs on the track. That way when you wrestle the track over that back (or front) idler wheel your not jumping each of those lugs. Just jump it up onto those pipes and pull them once its centered. Quick and easy. If you want it to be easer cut a 45 degree angle into the edge of all the pipes and it will walk up and on the pipes real easy. Two people helps but it takes less then 20 min with that method.
