West Central IA | No, he didn't say that, but you did. Absolutely no reason for a parts man to get sideways on a customer no mater how large or small of a customer they are. It is always bad for business. The goal of the parts man is to sell to the customer and meet his target goals and there is no place in his goals that involve getting red faced with a customer.
