Chilliwack, British Columbia | Neighbors of ours ended up with a 4995 Deere with a disc head a number of years ago for relatively inexpensive. A few years later, they bought a pull type to have as a second mower. The next year they had found another 4995 (at least I think that's what number they are) with the bigger head, and got into that for not much more than they got back from the 1 year old NH discbine. Depending on the actual amount of acres, and the type of fields like ahay mentioned, going to a sp might be the ticket.
