Subject: RE: Water ph for spraying herbicides and fungicides

I have not done my own pH checking, yet. I normally run LI700 with my corn post pass as well as when I spray Prefix on nongmo beans and the efficacy is improved while using that product. It is a ph reducer in addition to NIS and anti-drift.

One of my retail customers also used Panoptix and Optilox with their burndown and post passes and saw greater speed of control on some tough ryegrass that was planned to be chopped for a dairy but the stand did not warrant harvest.

I intend on trying some products this year with the fungicide pass on both corn and beans.

I am somewhat local to you up here in Straughn, IN if you would like to discuss the various options.
