| And I don't understand how some think it's perfectly fine to make a 4 hour round trip to get parts, or have a machine down and depend on next day delivery, which isn't always next day. Ordered some parts last month from Shoup, they shipped them via Fedex for some reason, and they bounced around the state for 3 days. Luckily it wasn't something urgent.
I know some don't have a choice and have to live with it.
