Jewell County KS		From the other thread it looks like the ramp on the lock bolt has worn a step into it. Maybe that is an issue.

I would unscrew the complete red button lock assembly and get in there and see what's up.

Also could take out the allen head bolts and remove the handle assembly also to eliminate it holding the 2 halves together

Having said all that I have never had issues with any of mine.
