| Two things. First do you have the net threaded correctly? There is a decal on the net door. Your remark about not being on top of the roll suggests this. The net does not go on top of a roll. Second, if you are threading correctly and use the tool to push the net up between the top plate and baffle of the duckbill, then check that the baffle is making contact with the top plate where the net exits the duckbill. The baffle can bend down. The baffle is mounted on studs with rubber pads. Tightening the nuts will move the baffle up, but if the baffle is bent down too far that may not be possible to raise the baffle high enough to make contact. The baffle will need to be replaced with new rubber pads. | |
