E ND | 1. Drop center bits help suck the scraper into hard ground, pretty much the "general purpose" type of scraper bit configuration. You can put a regular section there for finishing or serrated edges for tougher dirt if it bothers you. I think they handle and track better and don't slide/walk around with the drop center.
2. Reference the wear lines on the existing edges, they've already been flipped once it looks like.
