Subject: Soybean seedlings damaged

Laurel, Delaware
Planted a field of soybeans last Sunday. Planted about 1.25-1.5 inches deep in marginal moisture. Only roundup has been applied for a burn down then it was ran over with a turbo till prior to plantimg. It's been about 100 degrees every day and they were popping up in about 4 days . Noticed several plants laid over. Anybody ever saw this kind of damage?
