Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | Since it is obviously in the vicinity of NH3, you would likely be able to detect some odor if you move it to another location. However being able to smell it rather strongly inside the valve motor assembly is not a good sign.
The genuine Raven valves had issues with moisture condensation for a time. For my last system, I used a KZ standard control valve and a KZ ON/OFF valve. No Fast Close valves for me.
The KZ valves seemed to hold up better. |
