Anything bigger would be tough moving in and out of my current barn. I think my current setup is temporary. So I'm kind of looking for temporary equipment. Sure. In that case the Ford 6600 you picture above may fit the bill as a short term solution. I would definitely run it around for a bit, park it running on some clean surface so you can check for oil leaks, check the shifting and brakes, look at the engine and hydraulic oils. when was the last time the filters were all changed? You have to split that tractor to do many repairs. And as suggested by others, check the loader function with whatever it is you want to lift. Also the auxiliary hyd pump. You will probably need counter weight off the rear 3 point. good luck |
