Quebec | I certainly don't agree with posters that assert that we are not allowed to post on here. However this site is a private institution which to my understanding, is not bound by the First Amendment. That means the owners can in fact moderate the content of peoples' post on their websites without violating their First Amendment rights. I'd also add that since we are Canadians, the mods can do whatever they want.
I also obviously know that based on the precedent set by the moderators of this forum, Canadians are allowed to post. Getting an official statement on the issue may keep the more precious snowflakes from trolling. | |
