Good afternoon.
We have a number of posters in the TPP sub-forum that insist Canadians are not allowed to post. Could a moderator clarify the rule(s) for all to see so we can constructively move on.

Why would a special rule be needed?
It's outright discrimination, which is wrong by any measure.
