Stop Foam Stop adding air to make bubbles... Use cones on tender make sure they are suction only... Add AMS and I like the pint bottles of defoamer through enductor on sprayer you will get air here but nothing going in makes foam... Right now Mixing Gen LB/ Gen RU+PGR/ & Dual 2 for Oil (only 3 cones)... Get AMS/Defoamer in at start, 1st 100 gallon... Sprayer pump on and agitation running during complete filling process... Let it fill to 500-600 gal while filling cones... Then RU goes in sprayer w/bottom draw cone sucked through pump no air... wait 100 gals same then LBTY goes in... Wait anouther 100 gals same and dual goes in.... Finish filling till it drips out over flow... NO FOAM ever comes out... Enductors with venturi are expensive foam makers... Using 4 totes and 4 bottom draw cones are cheap and efficent(fast)... No need for meters as markings on sides are just as if not more accurate... Cheap Simple and better... Also fill hose is perfectly clean every time we unhook when finished filling... 1200 gal tank gives me time with 2" pump to complete whole process without rushing where mistakes can be made... Have tried other routes... This works for me... Every once in a while we will use our small fertilizer tender to do a small patch ect... Jug up Chemicals and do every thing through sprayer enductor and even with defoamer will get foam... Only way I've found around this is shut enductor off fill it with jugged chems and then suck in till dry... Doesn't hold but 6 gal so if fast enough you can get it full and start pouring as fast as possible... And can keep foam to a minimum but is a pain... Almost easier to just road sprayer... Also filling with my trailer setup never get foam in field running like I used too... I think the Foam just floats on top the whole load... Now spotless if i need to rinse out ect...
