Just north of I-90 in SW MN | Loading with a 3" pump 6.5hp Honda on a 1000 gallon JD R4038 last week. Got the first 100 gallon in, start sprayer pump and agitation and then filled with 7 ingredients
AMS, three shuttle pumps and 3 2.5 gal jugs. By the time I'm done adding the last one and go and see how full the sprayer tank is I'm at 800 gallons.
My setup includes 2 3" induction cones, short one for dumping AMS and a tall one for others. Have the big cone loaded with chemical before starting the pump. In the future want to move to a mass flow meter for the shuttle chemicals. |
