I think the rain has been fairly concentrated in certain areas. Certainly could use some in my neck of the woods(NC North Dakota). Crop looks okay. Upcoming hot dry weather could change things quickly. Oats, wheat and barley just heading out. Canola beginning to bolt/flower. Moisture we received in early May is depleting quickly at a very crucial time.
