I had the same problem this spring, Tried to jump start, battery charger, tried every thing then had the battery load tested. That is when it fell off to less than 10 volts. It must of had a bad cell in it and other attempts couldn't over come it. Put a new battery in and all was good.
Is this a starter issue?
