Eastern Shore of MD
For what itis worth my experience: Am mixing 50# bags in a 35 gal cone inductor that I prefill with water and added a jet so water is rolling/ boiling and try to to add dry product slowly. I am adding water all the time to the inductor while sucking some out the venturi at the same time so not all of the 50# bag is in inductor at one time.

Zinc Sulfate - gives off a lot of heat and what does not go into solution forms small rocks that will eventually dissolve if given enough time.
Solubour - very light and fluffy and tends to sit on top of water but will go into solution as the rolling water eats into the floating mass. Seems to dissolve but then later I find it in the sprayer screens.... am not plugging screens but just seems to build up on them

Manganese sulfate - this is the easiest to mix - no problems with it at all.

I do wear a mask for all 3.
