Subject: RE: Lodged crop

North Central Illinois
I planted Rushmore oats where my winter canola failed. 2/3 was soybeans last year and the rest was orchard grass/alfalfa pasture that was terminated in early September. Looked great a week ago, but they were pushing 5' tall. Now the former pasture is lodged bad. Bean stubble part of the field is mostly ok though.
