I would think a 3" would flow more than that - but I used a 2" I think it was rated 200 gpm , and it was too fast sometimes. My fill time was 12 minutes from hitting park - to drive. Filling a 1200 gallon spray tank, everything from shuttles. liquid AMS and Atrazine, depending on the number of chems, sometimes the 2" was too fast.
