Your truck is 25-26 years old now. We've had to replace battery cables to fix stuff like this. Ends get bad or cables get corroded somewhere in the middle.
Someone posted a website on here several years ago, USA cables or something like that. Really neat website when we redid a truck. Can pick colors, cable sizes, end styles, and length. Made the truck start like new
