What’s the high side and low side pressure?
One line coming out of compressor should be too hot to hold. One should be cool. If you feel the lines going into the condenser one going in should be hotter than the one coming out.
Fixed orifice tube or expansion valve system? Line should warm in front on the FOT/valve and ice cold after it.
