Subject: update of 2" vs 3" pump for chems to sprayer.

east central iowa
some one was asking about this and was worried about not enough time getting chems loading with a 3" pump. so I have a Honda 390 motor 13hp I think and john blue 3" pump. when valve is set use the venturi for blending inductor cone into water or sucking from a tote the gpm is 30 -80 from idle to wide open. when bypassing venturi and loading water only with valve set for 3" flow then the gpm is 80-250 idle to wide open. so plenty of time to get chems loaded then finish quickly on 3" plumbing. clear as mud. hope this helps
