Did a 36x90 with tin with a rib every 3 inches I think. We were able to get it to form to the roof with the rib running up and down. Had just a little bit of puckering on the over lap. Biggest challenge was getting it to not want to walk when curving down. I ran 2x4 lengthwise right over the top of the old shingles about every 30 inches or so. I did it in one piece from the ridge down each side. Did a 40 wide steel frame also and the tin supplier wanted to go with a different alloy of tine so we would get rid of the pucker on the over lap.
