It’s a Volvo VNL. I took the ground connections off and cleaned them good with sandpaper, but still have the same results. The two fuses are good by the batteries.
Is the ground stud doing its job? Just for fun Run a good jumper cable with strong clamps from the ground stud to a good clean ground somewhere on the engine block and see what happens.
