SW OH | I don't know anything about all the dealers, only the 2 Deere dealers near here. The 1 we dealt with for 40 years has changed hands several times over the years and since was acquired by the largest dealer in North America, they have become as unhelpful as possible. Unless you spend a million dollars a year with them. We haven't been there since the take over, but several neighbors tried to stick with them, but only get answers like, "we can send someone out to look at it for you".
The other dealer we buy some parts from, but no service work. Instead we invest in technical manuals and tools.
