Subject: RE: Dealership auctions

Saronville NE
When i was at Deere in sales. Almost every new i sold was negative margin to +2% margin. Laat combine deal i was involved in before i left i was told from manager to ho negative 7% margin to get the deal. New hi speed 16 row olanter was 1.5%

But almost all used IF had not come off a mud deal was 7-8%. If mud deal piece lucky to be in that 1-2 again.

Deere has screwed there dealers by forcing the mud deals.

But as usual the true money is in parts and service not sales anyway. Markup in parts is absolutely insane if you think equipment is high.
