Subject: Weird AC issue (edit to add picture)

Gettysburg, PA

This is the second time in the last two weeks that we are sitting in the house at night watching TV and the AC kicks on followed by a horrible thumping sound coming from the compressor. Been here for 12 years. Never had this happen before.
