NW Iowa
It's in the owners manual....
If you own a tractor own the manual.
This is one of the simplest things to do maintenance wise
That perkins will have a manual hand pump.
Open the bleeder and pump it up
Start the engine.
If it doesn't ever bleed by pumping,
your hand pump is bad.
Edit- If you can't tell the round thing above the filter in the filter head is the hand pump.
Push on it.....
Actually now that i think about it you don't open any bleeder on the tier3
They want you to fill filters then screw them on and pump till no air.
You will feel that hand pump get firm and hear bypassing fuel to tank
I usually never fill my filters first, i prefer to have the fuel ran through those filters
before hitting the high pressure pump
