Planes using 2 GPA was the common way to spray here 20+ years ago. You'll still see some do it, especially during a wet spell.........which isn't often here in the desert. But once the market got saturated with big ground sprayers..........about all spraying is done that way now, with most using around 10 gpa.
About the only main spraying the Planes do now is insecticide treatments.
