Common sense fiscal responsibility and government living within its means……yes, I hope this time is different, with a different captain at the helm. We need Congress to help, not hinder this process.
I know you’ve been very happy with your e plant investments. In my case…..there were to many red flags right from the start. Seemed it was trying to be built on hope instead of a sound plan. Lot of questions about operations that couldn’t be answered. Ultimately did not get built and investors lost their “down”. Hard feelings in the community. I did not invest.
I’ve been fortunate enough to never resort to interest only on a loan. Just my opinion…..SHTF that didn’t allow you to meet your obligations. That comes from the 80’s so my opinion may skewed a bit. I’m very blessed to have a wife that is 100% on same page financially as me and probably has better big picture view.
