northeast ohio | I realize that you asked for satellite images. However, If I’m just wanting aerial images, the county auditor office has really good ones. Parcel data, soils, topo, pipelines, etc are available to layer over various years. Here in Ohio, the department of transport also has a large archive of public aerial image that can be searched online. Depending upon your property’s distance from road projects (actual or considered) there can be numerous years at various resolutions.
