loan because bankers are scared and he has shown no lending ability. The 50 % guy is now 100% and banker is being forced by bank examiners to say no. And the guy with 100% debt to start is in so deep that the bank can’t afford to sell him out. And here comes Uncle Sam and bails out the big debt guy to save the bank and start process all over again for next 40 years
