I haven’t kept up to this market talk /TPP hybrid lately so I don’t know what dirt is referencing. But I do know this……interest only is lipstick on a pig. History proves that.
Could not believe, in the boom years of e plant building, one local promoter in front of the room proposed that to bankers. He also proposed farmers use their land as collateral for the plant.
Boom and bust railroad history of the 1800’s flashed before my eyes.
