Those sound pretty good to me.

I like you would like to see my 5.8 A1c lower too. Since changing diet have been in the 5.8-6.0 range for the last 6 years on no medication or insulin shots from prior 7.0 or slightly better on medication and insulin for the previous 30 years.

I don't remember right off hand other than higher HDL and lower triglycerides are good. I remember listening to and linking to a video on the ratio but been long enough ago I don't remember the specifics.

On the road now in a motel room in Wyoming so not at my big computer.

Good for you. Keep up the good work. Your health will thank you.
