Texas | put tester on ohms , touch leads together should read 0
ohms or close .
put on each end of fuse , it should read low too .
The first test is to check meter and leads . I think mine read .02 last time i checked it .
There are probally some U tube videos on DMM
use. very good tool .
on yours use right 2 plugs and set on 2 .
Thats a bit of an odd meter .
