Atmospheric CO2 levels currently around 430 ppm, where pre industrial they were pretty stable in the 250 to 280 ppm range.
Atmos. methane levels now close to 2000/ppb where pre industrial they were pretty stable at around 700 ppb.

As more and more permafrost thaws out, more and more underground methane previously trapped by the frozen ground is now being released to the atmosphere, and that wasn't factored into the climate models we're most accustomed to hearing about.
Also while the lower levels of the atmosphere are now warmer in general, the upper atmosphere is significantly cooler as greenhouse gases up high in the atmos. act different than they do lower in the atmos. Because of this, the upper atmos. has contracted in depth.


Here is the chart of the last 400,000 years from the same website you got your numbers from. Looks to me it is very cyclical and we are still on the same cycle we have been on for the last 400,000 years where the cycle changed naturally.
