NW Illinois | I have a 1992 Case 7150 tractor and am trying to fix fuel guage issue. I have done research here on AG Talk and have got some answers.
The bars on the fuel gauge are every other bar.
Ohming out top and bottom sending units and I get 25-26 ohms on bottom tank and top tank I get about 140 ohms.
From the research I’ve done that’s reading is too high. The highest ohm reading for the top tank I think should be like 75. The bottom tank is reading correctly on ohms.
My question is with the high ohm reading on the top sending unit, does that indicate the top sending unit is bad?
