Is 14.7 volts too high when running? There is a drain on the battery. Battery is a new group 31. Master switch on the ground. Was checking today with a multimeter. With the black lead clamped on the battery ground with the master switch off it shows 13.1 volts with the red lead grounded to the engine. Is the multimeter providing a ground to complete the circuit indicating a short somewhere?
