Considering land values haven't dropped in half for 40yrs +, I guess they aren't buying land at all... According to your other posts, what happened 40yrs ago is ancient history and shouldn't be considered going forward. I guess this is just more of your infinite wisdom that you are imparting us peasant farmers on Agtalk!
