Tell me how they feel if land drops in half?
Their land values are influenced by the big guys ability to pay rent.

How is land value dropping a problem to a well heeled operation that isn’t planning to sell? If anything it’s probably good for them. Like the equipment at fire sale prices, dropping values brings them to the table as buyers.
