SE Washington? That is sure green that time of the year with the wheat headed out but not turned. My only time in SE Washington was a return trip from Yakima in early Sept 2008 and took that route and into ID at Lewiston and up the Lola Pass to Missoula on the way home. It was all bone dry and tan/brown around there at that time.
