Yes you need the willpower. Been almost 6 years for me. I did it on my own. However I’m stubborn and if I make up my mind I’m going to do something I do it. Come H or high water. Hardest part was first time I went to Happy Hour and I asked for ice tea. Once I got through that the rest was easy. Just have to make up your mind and say. N-O to yourself.
