SE Iowa | Looking back I’m surprised to see that was on Corteva genetics, also I would have expected the Neo to be applied first. I find Neo to be excellent on most all diseases but just ok on tar spot. Veltyma shines for tar spot. For me one pass on corteva corn with ground rig and I’m feeling good. Also I plant Brevant 13k20 which is one of the best (if not the best) Corteva plants against tar spot. These fields don’t even usually get sprayed. My 55vc80 and DK 66-18 must get sprayed to avoid disaster.
Here are two pictures, same field 30’ away B13k20 vs DK 66-18 with one pass 7oz veltyma ground rig. Striking differences. I put 13k20 in fields that sprayers or planes couldn’t do a good job applying in.
