Texas | what i don't like is when you get soaked , then your shirt and pants stick to you . Boxers get all bunched up and get your equipment uncomfortable .
I sweat alot more than most people seem to .
Nothing we can do about it . I have tried carrying a dry shirt and changing out .Thats pointless its wet in a minute too .
I paid quite a few bucks for some of those long sleeve drying shirts - waste of money .
Tried the drying boxers , again waste of money .
Im not sure on the cooling rags , try them some .
wont stay wet long .
Best thing for me is gallon jug of cold water .
I lose a bunch of weight in summer always 10 pounds at least .
This is just common sense , but dont eat a big heavy meal of traditional hot Texas food .
4 boiled eggs are my normal lunch .
A time or 2 i ate a big lunch of mexican food then got right to building fence , puked it up.
I know i sure have got too hot a few times . you can feel it coming on . throw cool water on your head it helps quick .
We have to work in it here probally 6 months . a fellow gets used to it .
