But if it's not a propane tank the pop off valve "failure " means nothing.
A fuel tank compared to a propane tank is like a popcan compared to a army tank.
But a question for anyone that knows.
To my knowledge there is not a "time rating" on a propane tank?
But on NH3 tanks it's 5 years.
Couldn't tell you. Seems like stationary tanks are good forever, as long as the tag is legible. BBQ portable tanks get retested. Mobile tanks like Swans propane trucks, or RV's DON'T have to get tested. |
