| There are apps that do things like that. My school district uses one called Remind. Each teacher, sport, activity, etc can have their own group as well as the whole school, just elementary, high or whoever. No idea if it charges or not for the owner. The app is free for me as a parent to download and use. Would be nice to create smaller groups within the organization to target the right people.
